Law360 (Link to Full Article, Sub. Req.) Nearly half of all corporate counsel replaced one of their primary law firms within the past year, according to a new study, and strong client relationships are one of the key driving factors behind that decision.

With a group of 23 law firms fighting to protect their spot as the best in client relationships, another 60 law firms are positioned to unseat the leaders in the near future, the BTI Client Relationship Scorecard says. The report came from interviews with more than 500 corporate counsel at Fortune 1000 companies and some other large organizations.
