The IP Litigation Outlook for 2018

By September 15, 2017April 16th, 2020No Comments

The number of clients who are engaged in IP litigation jumped to 68.7% from 57.5% last year. High Tech and Telecom lead the charge in terms of overall spending, but IP litigation is spreading to a broader range of industries as technology permeates more and more products. The litigation in Tech/Telecom remains large and the other matters are growing in size and potential impact—driving growth and rates higher.
