Fewer Law Firms Earning Client Recommendations

Client service dropped like a rock in the last year, and client recommendations have dropped along with it. The number of law firms earning client recommendations dropped by 9.0% or 33 law firms. This is after a drop of 12.5% in 2015—an ominous trend for law firms on the wrong side of this equation. The good news is the firms improving their client recommendations are well positioned to win new work at competitor expense.
