Growth creates an immediate need for a poised, savvy Administrative Professional. You will provide direct support to the firm’s leadership and support our client relationships. The Role and Responsibilities
You will provide complete, proactive support to our President and key Principals including:
- Anticipate needs of President and Senior Staff
- Serve as point person for incoming client contact
- Offer world-class client service to BTI clients and friends of the firm
- Assist with travel
- Optimize and maintain calendars
- Help with marketing initiatives
- Manage and update client databases
- Provide proofreading, editing and related support
- Travel to and support marketing events
- Perform special projects
Your Qualifications

- Skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with HTML and Adobe/InDesign a plus
- Experience in a professional services firm
- 3 years administrative support experience
- A Bachelor’s degree
- W.I.T. (willingness to do “Whatever It Takes”)
